Our Process

Discovery

We take the time to understand your needs in great detail, including what candidate qualifications you are seeking, your corporate culture and the leadership style of the direct supervisor.

Preparation

We will submit to you a job description for review and approval. At the same time, we will identify the target market of potential candidates.

Marketing

We present your position opportunity through multiple channels, gaining attention from a large pool of qualified candidates.

Internal Interview

Once qualified candidates are identified, we conduct interviews to determine a possible fit for you. Reference checks are conducted on those candidates determined to be a potential fit.

Interview

After conducting the first round of interviews, we submit the top candidates to you and assist in coordinating interviews. You now have the opportunity to meet the candidates for yourself.

The Offer

Once we came to a decision on the top applicants for the position, we will assist you in extending job offers to the candidates.

Resignation/Counter Offer

We will provide a united front with you to ensure the candidate is properly incented to follow through on their commitment to their new employer.

Post Resignation

We keep lines of communication open with both candidates and you to address any issues that may arise to ensure a successful transition.

Contingency vs. Retainment: Which is best for you?

Depending on the needs of your company and the position requirements, we are flexible with our recruiting approach. When filling your mission-critical positions, you have the option of choosing between Contingency Recruiting and Retained Executive Research.

 

Contingency Recruiting

Contingency Recruiting is recommended when the position is for middle-level executive or professional. In this process, we focus more on getting many candidates through your door rather than trying to find the one perfect fit. As a client, you are more involved in the process and only submit payment if we find a qualified candidate to fill the position.

Contingency Recruiting is a fit for you if:

The salary level of the position is less than $100,000

Multiple vacancies with the same job description are being filled

 Many people are likely to be qualified for the position

 You want to take more responsibility for screening, interviewing and negotiating with candidates

Retained Executive Search 

In a Retained Executive Search, we serve as an outward extension of your team, creating more of partnership. Retainment is typically used for executive-level positions that require a heavier amount of consulting and strategic recruiting. Clients make their payment in advance for this solutions-orientated approach.

Retained Executive Search is a fit for you if:

The salary level of the position exceeds $100,000

 There’s a need for a high level of confidentiality in the recruitment process

 You need a recruiter to handle all steps of the hiring process, from start to finish

 It is critical to hire not just any qualified person, but the most qualified person available
