Our owner and CEO has over 18 years of experience operating in and leading teams of executive recruiters. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree through Southern Illinois University, Chris continued on with his Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. This led him to great success working on hundreds of engagements during his tenure as a Partner at a large national banking and finance Executive Search firm. Prior to his career in Executive Search, he spent time as a financial consultant and served his country in the United States Air Force in the Healthcare Administration field.
