About Chris Sobrilsky

Chris Sobrilksy, Owner and CEO, has over 18 years of experience operating in and leading teams of executive recruiters. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree through Southern Illinois University, Chris continued on with his Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. This led him to great success working on hundreds of engagements during his tenure as a Partner at a large national banking and finance Executive Search firm. Prior to his career in Executive Search, he spent time as a financial consultant and served his country in the United States Air Force in the Healthcare Administration field.

About Zach Isherwood

Zach Isherwood, VP and Director of Sales, has over 6 years of experience as an executive financial recruiter while working at a large national banking and finance Executive search firm. During his tenure, he distinguished himself as a leader with expertise in retained searches and team lift outs. He received his business degree from the University of Nebraska, and is finishing his MBA. Prior to his Executive Recruiting career, Zach spent 3 years in a sales/leadership role in banking and several years as a college basketball coach.  His interests include leading the youth organization All Nebraska Attack. As the Director of the largest Girls AAU basketball program in the state he enjoys giving back to the community.
